Sala Daeng joins the Chula "Stepping Forward with Accounting #20" stage — igniting the future of Thai accountants with Power AI
Sala Daeng joins the "Stepping Forward with Accounting #20" program by the Department of Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University — bringing the Transforming Accountants with Power AI perspective to lift Thai accountants into the digital era.

Event details
AI is rapidly reshaping how organizations work worldwide — and the accounting profession is at a major turning point. From recording, checking, and summarizing financial data, the role is moving toward understanding data, technology, and enterprise systems, and using AI to elevate the work itself. Today’s accounting world doesn’t just want "accountants who do the work correctly" — it wants accountants who can work intelligently with AI, understand the business context, and turn technology into real value for the organization.
On 14 March 2026, Sala Daeng partnered with the Department of Accountancy, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, to deliver an academic training program — sharing AI know-how with senior lecturers from universities nationwide at Chaiyos Sombat 2 Building, Chulalongkorn University. The program is another important step toward weaving together business know-how, enterprise technology, and education, so educators can bring AI into their teaching and help shape the next generation for an AI-driven economy.
From the accounting classroom to an AI-ready profession
When accounting, finance, and enterprise management are driven by data, algorithms, and automation, developing the accounting curriculum is no longer just about adding new tools — it’s about upgrading how accountants think, learn, and prepare for work, end to end. This training set the foundation for the AI Capable Accountant: accountants who can understand, choose, and work with AI appropriately — at the level of learning, data analysis, and real-world organizational application.
